Safeguarding Information

Safeguarding is a term which is broader than child protection and relates to any action taken to promote the welfare of children and protect them from harm.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.  It includes action against bullying, including cyber bullying and online safety, treating all children equally regardless of gender, ethnicity, disability, sexuality, or beliefs, preventing impairment of health and development, ensuring that all children are effectively cared for, and taking action to enable all children achieve the best possible outcomes.

Fradley Park is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all its pupils and expects all staff, volunteers, and visitors to share this commitment. All staff are trained regularly in safeguarding, with some receiving a higher level of training as safeguarding leads.

If you have any safeguarding concerns about your child or any other young person, please get in touch.

To report a concern, please email FPS-Safeguarding@fps.jtmat.co.uk or call 01543 761030.
